CONGREGATION -Statute 13
There shall be a Congregation of the College which shall be composed of the following:
- The Chairman
- Members of Council
- Members of Convocation
- All graduands of the College
- The Congregation of the College shall be for the purpose of receiving reports, witnessing the ceremony for awarding degrees, diplomas, certificates of the College, meritorious awards and for any other purposes determined by the Chairman.
- A Congregation for the conferment of regular degrees shall be presided over by the Chairman, and shall be convened at least once every year at the time and place determined by the Chairman in consultation with the President and the Council.
- The procedure for the presentation of graduands and for the conferment of degrees and any other matters relating to the Congregation shall be determined by the Academic Board.
